You have good experience and knowledge in Quality management Systems, Process Improvement, and Service Delivery Quality Management Systems. You possess a solid working knowledge of Quality Control methodologies as well as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Lean methodologies. Your expertise includes experience with Quality Assurance practices that lead to stable and predictable process performance. You have a proven track record of leveraging industry-leading Quality audit platforms to enhance user experience and efficiency within the Quality Team. Additionally, you have experience in managing transition accounts and driving early-stage interventions to ensure the right first-time implementation of quality processes. Your proficiency extends to Process Improvement Methodologies, allowing you to diagnose and implement improvement opportunities to solve chronic business challenges. You focus on process effectiveness and efficiency, providing examples and walkthroughs to support your recommendations. You excel in project managing complex change initiatives by partnering with clients and leveraging Lean and Six Sigma concepts. You have the ability to demonstrate quality concepts and apply them to meet business objectives effectively. Moreover, you work closely with the Training Team to drive key Knowledge Management initiatives and ensure the closed-loop implementation of training needs analysis.
