As a Senior Manager- Production at upGrad, you will be responsible for leading the production team within the content development vertical. This includes overseeing video editors, graphic designers, cameramen, and executive producers to foster a high-performing creative environment. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and managing the end-to-end production and post-production workflow, enforcing SOPs for efficiency and quality. You will be in charge of directing production and post-production schedules, ensuring content is developed and delivered on time. Collaborating with Instructional Designers and Content Managers, you will champion creative innovation by integrating new technologies to enhance production quality. Acting as the primary point of contact for all production activities, you will liaise with internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior post-production management role, with demonstrated leadership skills. Proficiency in professional post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities are required. Experience in the e-learning or educational technology sector and familiarity with instructional design principles will be considered advantageous for this role.,
