Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. The salary range for this position is between Rs 1500000 to Rs 2200000 per annum (INR 15-22 LPA). The minimum experience required for this full-time job is 12 years. We are looking for an accomplished and strategic professional to oversee growth initiatives in the OEM/private label business, particularly focusing on the domestic market. The ideal candidate should have over a decade of experience in B2B sales, OEM partnerships, and private label development, preferably in the hygiene, non-woven, or FMCG industries. The role entails driving revenue growth, expanding the national market presence, and providing customized solutions for private label clients. Success in this role necessitates seamless collaboration with manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities include end-to-end Private Label Program Management, Market Intelligence & Growth Planning, and Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership. The candidate should identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, manage OEM/private label projects from concept to launch, recommend innovations based on market research, and act as a liaison between different departments. Qualifications required for this position include 10+ years of relevant experience in private label sales, OEM partnerships, and product development. Sector expertise in hygiene, non-woven products, or FMCG is preferred. The candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to manage complex projects and achieve commercial success in a competitive market.
