Job Description

As the Head of Integrated Delivery Excellence at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for leading a team to design and define the DevOps architecture and framework for projects and programs. Your role will involve managing CI/CD pipelines, overseeing deployment strategies, and ensuring efficient software delivery. Additionally, you will mentor and develop the team, set objectives and performance metrics, and collaborate closely with program teams to meet business needs. Your responsibilities will also include designing and developing test strategies, test automation, and regression test plans. You will drive quarterly innovation releases, establish an Agile CoE team, and promote best practices across various agile roles. Your role will focus on continuous delivery, coaching team members, and setting performance metrics to drive growth. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree being advantageous. You should hold relevant Agile and SAFe certifications and have at least 17+ years of experience in IT agile, testing, or DevOps, including 6+ years in a management/leadership role. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential, along with proficiency in Azure DevOps and experience in test strategy or automation.
