Hiring a Senior Manager - HR for one of our client MNC Exp: 8+ Yrs Location: Delhi NCR Job Mode: FTE Notice period: Immediate Joiners Job Overview: The Senior Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, compliance, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and ensuring a people-centric approach to business success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Work closely with department heads to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely manpower planning. 2. Employee Engagement & Culture Development Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, job satisfaction, and retention. Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights. 3. Performance Management & Talent Development Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms. Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Develop leadership and succession planning programs for key roles. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure HR policies, processes, and procedures are in line with company goals and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. 5. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters. Implement fair and transparent HR practices to maintain a harmonious work environment. Develop strategies for improving employee retention and reducing attrition. 6. HR Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition rates, hiring trends, employee satisfaction, and productivity. Prepare and present HR reports and insights to management for data-driven decision-making. Implement HR technology solutions for efficient workforce management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or entertainment industry. Proven expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to strategically align HR practices with business objectives. Hands-on experience with HR software and data analytics tools.
