Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance our human resources functions. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, while ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee engagement, and policy development. Core Responsibilities Develop and regularly update job descriptions and specifications to align with organizational needs. Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to build a high-performing team. Actively participate in the daily operations of HR functions, providing hands-on support in various HR activities. Facilitate all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities to foster a positive workplace culture. Address and resolve employee issues related to daily operations, ensuring a supportive work environment. Review, update, and implement HR policies, benefits, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance and relevance. Maintain the organization's employee database, ensuring accurate records of new hires, terminations, and other personnel changes. Prepare and analyse HR reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and employee satisfaction. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, providing guidance and support as needed. Qualifications & Skills Masters degree with specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 6-8 years in HR management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and database management Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
