Job Description
You will be responsible for delivery, transformation, client management, and P&L for the Healthcare domain. You will manage a large team of associates, overseeing day-to-day SLAs and key deliverables. Your role will involve coordinating and partnering with the client for engagement-level issues and concerns. You will anchor key internal and external meetings and plan resources to monitor governance adherence within the engagement. As a Senior Manager in Healthcare voice Operations, you are expected to meet client and business requirements within the guidelines, policies, and norms of the company. You will need to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and propose corrective actions to ensure projects move forward smoothly. Working with stakeholders across the ecosystem and internal and external vendor teams will be essential to uncover dependencies and create action plans around them. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of voice support personnel to not only meet the SLA/KPI but also improve them on a month-on-month basis. Your experience in program or project management will be crucial in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
