Job Description

As a Senior Manager for ETF Product, your primary responsibilities will include defining and executing the product strategy for single equity products to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends. You will be expected to drive revenue growth, manage revenue targets, and optimize pricing strategies for single equity products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Equity Broking Firms, as well as identifying new business opportunities will be crucial for client engagement and acquisition. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market analysis, analyze competitor activity, and provide insights to inform product development and business strategy. Collaborating across functions, especially with the treasury team of broking firms to invest in SAMC products designed for corporate treasuries, will be a key aspect of your role. Identifying opportunities to innovate, add products, and meet evolving client needs while remaining competitive in the market will also be essential. Your success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators including revenue growth and targets, client acquisition and retention rates, product market share and competitiveness, as well as client satisfaction scores (CSAT). This position is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule, performance bonus, yearly bonus, and in-person work location.
