You will be joining a group with 60 years of legacy in the domestic and export market, catering to the demands of Indian Railways and other PSUs like IOCL, BPCL, Braithwaite, and extending engineering products & solutions globally. As a Senior Manager - Finance, you will oversee the financial aspects of the company's strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing financial strategies, leading forecasting and budgeting, managing financial operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will lead the IPO processes, mentor the finance team, and build relationships with external stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 12-18 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the Steel or Heavy Machinery Manufacturing sector is a must. Skills in IPO processes, corporate finance law, risk management, and data analysis are preferred. Personal attributes such as being hard-working, detail-oriented, and possessing strong financial acumen are highly valued.
