As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Compliance program of a Business Unit or Country. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the senior leadership team in implementing a risk-based compliance program effectively. You will be tasked with managing various elements of the compliance program independently and leading projects aimed at detecting and mitigating compliance risks. It is essential to ensure that all activities align with the global Compliance strategy and plan. Collaboration with senior leaders within the Division or Region/Country will be key to your success in this role. You will lead initiatives such as policy development, trainings, audits, and monitoring programs. Building strong relationships across the businesses you support and influencing senior leaders will be critical aspects of your job. Your role will involve supporting Senior Leadership within Business Unit/Divisions or Countries and their respective Compliance Committees to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards. This position demands a high level of specialization and expertise, making you a valuable contributor within your field or discipline. The ideal candidate for this role should possess over 10 to 15 years of experience in relevant fields, particularly within Pharma and consulting, with a focus on managed healthcare clients. Having led several critical projects will be advantageous. While core execution skills are not mandatory, expertise in Risk Assessment, Compliance Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Investigations is essential. In summary, this position requires an individual with deep expertise, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
