As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Zapp in Vauxhall, London, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing brand strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, and growth for our premium convenience retail platform. Working closely with external agencies and internal teams, you will be responsible for creating impactful marketing initiatives that align with our vision to disrupt the convenience retail market. Your primary responsibilities will include driving the creation of high-quality brand content, overseeing brand perception tracking and consumer research, managing a team of Brand Marketing Associate(s), and coordinating multi-channel brand campaigns across various platforms. You will also be involved in organizing company and VIP engagement events while identifying and launching new brand-building initiatives such as influencer partnerships and sponsorships. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in B2C brand marketing and possess a customer-focused approach with a strong understanding of audience segmentation and consumer behavior. Your ability to shape and evolve a brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity will be critical in enhancing customer engagement and market presence. Additionally, your leadership mindset, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills will be essential in working with cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
