Senior Management - Trainee
Primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by offering our innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. If you're a motivated and goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills, we invite you to be part of our team and grow with us in the exciting world of B2B sales.
- Identify and engage potential Clients through market research and prospecting.
- Acquisition of New Enterprise Clients.
- Mapping the relevant stakeholders and the requirements of enterprise clients. Provide them with the best solution to meet their recruitment / Employer branding needs effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address client challenges.
- Meet and exceed sales target by effectively communicating product value propositions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Achieving sales objectives and revenue targets by selling and up-selling, and cross-selling varied offerings including employer branding options. sales management to drive both volume and value business.
- Provide training to existing clients to enhance the usage of the platform services.
- Sales Analysis, usage review, and planning vis-à-vis product analysis on a Quarterly basis to arrive at the action plan for the new quarter.
- Closely monitoring competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies.
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
