Job Title: Senior ML Engineer/Senior Data Scientist Location: Hyderabad, India Hybrid Remote Responsibilities: Develop and implement ML and NLP models using structured and unstructured data. Utilize Python and various libraries to build, train, and deploy models. Stay current with the latest research and integrate relevant findings into projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop enterprise AI solutions. Continuously enhance the performance and accuracy of existing models. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computational Linguistics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Over 3 years of relevant experience building ML and NLP models from unstructured and structured data. Experience with Generative AI is preferred. Enterprise experience in developing AI models is mandatory. Skills: Programming and Tools: Hands-on experience with Python and libraries such as Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Spark, or similar statistical tools. Expertise in Python programming is essential Research Implementation: Ability to read and implement research papers is required Machine Learning and Statistics: Strong fundamentals in machine learning models, statistical models, and recommender systems Additional Knowledge: Knowledge of DataBricks is a bonus. Nice to Have: Experience contributing to GitHub and other open-source initiatives. Participation in research projects or Kaggle competitions.
