Job Description
As a Senior Learning Consultant at Hero Vired, your main responsibility is to proactively connect with new prospects, establish relationships, and interact with leads to achieve and surpass sales goals. You will communicate with potential candidates via various channels including telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats. Through engaging discussions, you will enroll candidates in our cutting-edge learning programs. Additionally, you will oversee the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and develop an engagement-oriented sales approach by utilizing CRM systems effectively. Your Key Responsibilities include: - Initiating outbound calls to new prospects and maintaining regular follow-ups with previously contacted leads to meet sales objectives. - Engaging with candidates through telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats, providing them with a compelling learning experience. - Creating impactful discussions with prospective candidates to ensure their enrollment in our learning programs. - Using data-driven sales management techniques to oversee the entire sales funnel and make use of CRM tools like Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms. - Prioritizing high-quality sales practices and adhering to robust sales processes to consistently achieve targets. Requirements: - 1-7 years of experience in a B2C sales environment, showcasing a history of outstanding sales accomplishments (preferably in the edtech sector). - Proficiency in Dialler Operations and CRM Management, with experience in tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms. - Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills to effectively engage with candidates. - Strong ownership and the ability to establish processes independently. - Previous exposure to startup environments is beneficial, highlighting adaptability and resourcefulness. - A strong focus on results achievement and perseverance when faced with challenges.,
