Job Title: Pega Senior Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst Smart Dispute Experience: 8+ Years Location: Hyderabad / Remote Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Senior/Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in Smart Dispute (Visa/MasterCard dispute workflows). The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring the successful delivery of Pega-based solutions in the banking and financial services domain. Key Responsibilities Lead the requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for Pega Smart Dispute projects. Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams to understand and translate business needs into functional specifications. Define and refine user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate grooming sessions and ensure proper story elaboration in alignment with Agile/Scrum methodology. Collaborate with Pega architects and developers to ensure solution feasibility and traceability. Provide domain and functional advisory on Visa and MasterCard dispute processing rules and regulations. Participate in UAT planning, execution support, and defect triaging. Ensure all solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams across the SDLC. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years in Pega platforms. Hands-on experience in Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers or Acquirers. Strong understanding of Visa and MasterCard dispute workflows, chargeback lifecycle, and dispute resolution processes. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and writing effective user stories. Excellent documentation skills using tools like Confluence, JIRA, Visio, etc. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in conducting workshops, backlog refinement, and functional walkthroughs. Preferred Qualifications Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or equivalent. Experience working in a banking or financial services environment. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for dispute handling (e.g., Reg E, Reg Z).
