Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct lab testing, analysis, and reporting according to established protocols and procedures.
- Manage laboratory operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Assist in developing new tests and improving existing ones as per NABL guidelines.
- Ensure accurate documentation of test results, records, and reports using relevant software tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MS/M.Sc (Science) degree from a recognized university with 1-4 years of experience in lab technician role or related field.
- Strong knowledge of lab management principles, PCR techniques (RT-PCR), microbiology concepts, and quality control measures (NABL).
- Proficiency in handling various types of laboratory instruments such as autoclave sterilizers etc.
