Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer with a solid background in multithreaded application development and proficiency in working with Spring Boot, ELK stack, and contemporary CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset to facilitate project delivery effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design and construct scalable, high-performance backend applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot. - Develop and optimize concurrent/multithreaded systems to cater to performance-critical scenarios. - Integrate with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for efficient logging and monitoring purposes. - Establish deployment automation through CI/CD pipelines, giving preference to Concourse CI. - Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure the delivery of stable, production-ready systems. - Take the lead on technical initiatives, provide mentorship to junior team members, and actively engage with clients. Experience Required: - 7-10 years of practical experience in Java backend development. - Proficient in leveraging the Spring Boot framework for building enterprise-level solutions. - Strong grasp and hands-on experience in Java multithreading. - Practical exposure to the ELK stack and its API integrations. - Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools, with a preference for Concourse CI. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions effectively.
