About The Role Infrastructure & Platform Modernization Lead infrastructure automation leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, etc.). Design and maintain scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Build reusable IaC modules and enforce infrastructure standards across environments. Drive cloud platform modernization and legacy system transformation. Build containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement infrastructure testing and validation into CI/CD pipelines. Production Operations & Application Support Provide operational support for UI and backend applications, ensuring system stability and quick resolution of production issues. Conduct incident triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution for Illustration application outages or defects. Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation and production deployment activities. Perform IT incident response, triage live issues, and address application data issues with proper documentation and RCA. Conduct quarterly trend analysis to proactively identify system risks and performance improvement areas. Continuous Improvement & Monitoring Modernize and refactor underperforming solutions for long-term sustainability. Define, implement, and track service SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for critical services. Provide operational metrics and reporting on production performance, SLA adherence, and support tickets. Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual intervention in incident management. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for platform improvement. Technical Collaboration & Client Interface * Work closely with business partners, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure system stability. Manage operational relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Provide support to project life cycle activities, including architecture reviews, code reviews, solution validation, and release readiness. Translate business requirements into technical architecture aligned with MassMutual platform standards.,
