Job Title: Senior Java Lead Primary Skill: Java, Springboot, AWS & Angular- Good to have React JS Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10-12 years Mode of work: Hybrid Work Timings: 1.30 PM-10.30 PM About the Role: Lead the re-engineering of legacy application into a modern, cloud-native solution using Spring Boot and deploy to AWS cloud with serverless architecture. Having deep understanding of legacy and modern technologies, and the ability to reverse engineer existing code, document requirements, & implement robust, scalable solutions. Responsibilities: Analyze, reverse engineer the existing application to understand its functionality, architecture, and business logic Document technical & functional detail requirements from the existing sources Develop software aligning to technical requirements and architecture Develop services with optimal performance, scalability and maintainability Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet the needs of the client and stakeholders Implement AppSync APIs interacting with Java and Python applications Design and implement secure, efficient and scalable APIs following best practices Work with other Developers, Architects, and Stakeholders aligning to project goals Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers Create API documentation for the APIs including workflow diagrams and specs Revise, debug and refactor the code ensuring the code comments Qualifications: Expert-level proficiency in Java, Python including knowledge of relevant frameworks Required Skills: Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Proven experience in reverse engineering and rewriting legacy applications Solid experience with AWS AppSync and GraphQL for API development Strong understanding of secure coding practices and web application security. Proficient in code analysis, reverse engineering, and transforming legacy code Experience in designing & implementing API services using AWS AppSync Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., DB2, PostgreSQL) Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment A team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to mentor other peers,
