You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot / Spring Framework. Your role will involve building high-performance RESTful APIs and backend modules that integrate with MongoDB. Additionally, you will define and optimize NoSQL data models, aggregation pipelines, indexing strategies, and performance tuning in MongoDB. Collaboration with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams is essential to deliver cohesive solutions. Ensuring high code quality through unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito), as well as participating in code reviews, will be part of your routine. Troubleshooting production issues, analyzing bottlenecks, and optimizing system performance are key aspects of the role. Your contribution to architecture discussions, design patterns, and driving technical improvements will be highly valued. To be eligible for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in backend development using Java (Java 8+), with deep expertise in Spring Boot / Spring Framework. Strong experience in MongoDB, including schema design, queries, performance tuning, and scaling is required. Familiarity with microservices architecture, asynchronous processing, and REST API design is preferred. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git is expected. Solid debugging skills and familiarity with Unix/Linux environments are essential. Effective communication skills, teamwork, and leadership capability are also important qualities for this position.,
