You will be responsible for driving business growth by directly selling software and SaaS products to enterprise clients. Your role will involve managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, analyzing requirements, pitching solutions, negotiating deals, and achieving closures. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers will be crucial. Collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure product alignment with client needs is also a part of your responsibilities. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets is essential for this role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in B2B, IT, or enterprise software sales. A proven track record in direct sales, particularly in SaaS or IT services, is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for successful interactions with clients. A readiness to travel for face-to-face client meetings is required. Previous experience in the Kochi market would be advantageous. Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or cloud solutions will be a plus in performing your duties effectively.,
