Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT PMO to lead our Project/Program Management Office (PMO) in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large and complex IT programs, working closely with business and technology stakeholders at all levels, including the CIO, CEO, and CFO. You will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring successful program delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence in project management. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. Collaboration: Work closely with IT project teams, Product and Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to provide regular project progress updates and facilitate communication. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for IT initiatives. Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks for project management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices. Planning and Tracking: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress, financials, KPIs, and performance against these plans; implement corrective actions as necessary. Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues; assess their impact and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success. Issue Tracking and Dependency Management: Monitor and track issues, dependencies, and overall project health to facilitate timely resolution and maintain project momentum. Sprint Updates Tracking: Monitor and report on sprint progress, ensuring timely updates and transparency within Agile teams. Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to stakeholders, including executive management, highlighting key metrics and program performance. Communication and Presentation: Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve PMO processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred. Experience: 12-18 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on managing large and complex programs. Prior PMO Experience: Experience in Application Portfolio Management, Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance is a strong plus. Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior business leaders, including C-suite executives. Planning and Tracking: Expertise in project planning, resource allocation, budget management, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging presentations and reports. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).,
