Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose hardware failures, identify root causes, and provide solutions. Handle repairs and replacements as necessary. Project Management: Manage hardware installation and upgrade projects, ensuring that they meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards. Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support for IT hardware systems and collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for hardware configurations, installations, and troubleshooting procedures. Performance Monitoring: Monitor hardware performance to identify and address potential issues proactively. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source components and manage hardware procurement. Compliance & Security: Ensure all hardware meets industry standards, security protocols, and compliance regulations.
