As part of the Enterprise Architecture & Data Platforms (EADP) value-stream, you will be responsible for overseeing enterprise architecture, solutions governance, data assets, data & advanced analytics platforms, and enterprise integrations. The Hyperautomation team, within the EADP value-stream, leverages advanced technologies to automate both business and IT processes, ranging from simple task automation to complex decision-making. By equipping employees and processes with digital capabilities, the team spearheads enterprise initiatives in AI/ML, Robotic Process Automation, and Process Mining. We are looking for a seasoned and tech-savvy Business Analyst with a comprehensive understanding of automation technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, and no-code automation to join our Hyperautomation team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving innovation, shaping demand, and ensuring that our business derives tangible value from adopting Hyperautomation and AI. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with business leaders to demonstrate how Hyperautomation and AI can enhance efficiencies and create value. - Collaborating with stakeholders to develop a multi-year roadmap addressing business challenges through Hyperautomation. - Managing a pipeline of valuable automation opportunities and promoting solution reusability. - Working closely with Enterprise and Solution architects to choose appropriate platforms and tools, adhering to guidelines and standards. - Collaborating with stakeholders to refine use cases for automating business processes. - Co-creating lean business cases, analyzing current processes, defining problems, assessing value and potential improvements, and outlining future processes. - Gathering high-level and detailed requirements for delivering use cases through automation solutions. - Guiding use cases from conception to value delivery, serving as the primary contact between business and IT delivery teams. - Staying updated on industry trends and technologies to propose innovative ideas. - Contributing to documentation for business cases, processes, and automation solutions. - Conducting workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on Hyperautomation and AI technologies. - Reviewing post-implementation outcomes to evaluate the impact of automation solutions and identify areas for optimization. Requirements: - 7+ years of progressive IT integration experience with a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, MCA, or MSc. - Strong communication skills in English. - Proven expertise in business analytics within IT, encompassing various Hyperautomation capabilities. - Solid technical understanding of Hyperautomation capabilities, with deeper expertise in at least one or two areas. - Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. - Interest in process improvement and automation, with a continuous learning mindset. - Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects, setting and meeting objectives. Nice to have: - Experience in consultancy or pre-sales. - Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, WebMethods. - Previous experience in the Med Tech industry.
