Job Description
As an EDP Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks related to database management and networking planning within the EDP department. This includes installing new systems, upgrading old systems as needed, and maintaining security measures such as antivirus, firewall, and internet security. You will also oversee daily backup management of data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity for user restoration purposes. Additionally, your role will involve solving user problems, managing the exchange server, and creating timely reports and new reports for server data. Key Responsibilities: - Data Management: Inputting, managing, and maintaining electronic data across systems and databases accurately. - Data Quality Assurance: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and corrective actions. - Report Generation: Creating and analyzing reports to provide insights for decision-making. - System Maintenance: Collaborating with IT teams to maintain and upgrade data processing systems. - Networking: Planning and managing computer networks, including installation and upgrades. - Security: Implementing and managing security measures like antivirus and firewalls. - Project Management: Overseeing EDP-related projects, timelines, and resources. - Technical Support: Providing troubleshooting and technical support for EDP systems.
