Job Description

Total and Relevant year of experience: 3+ Years
Salary: 6 LPA - 9.60 LPA
Location ( WFH/WFO): Bangalore WFO
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site ): Virtual
Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days

Mandatory Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Should have a strong understanding of Design principles and demonstrate ability to execute.
3. Excellent knowledge of SketchUp and 2D/3D modeling.
4. Experience in customized designing.
5. Candidates from in and around Whitefield, Bangalore preferred.

7. Quality check at the site after execution or during execution
8. Should be able to create new designs
9. Should have the skills to sell his designs to face less number of changes
10. Should be proactive in communication with site engineers or project managers.
11. Capability to understand practical and functional designs.

2 D                            
Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.
Meet with clients in order to understand their objectives and desires.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams in order to address client's needs.
Prepare presentations (2D,mock-ups, and renderings) for clients
Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant.
Participate in Senior Management Business decisions on pricing, products, and market evaluation and competitive analysis.
Visit sites and work with different execution teams to prepare diagrams/quotations.
Responsible for a complete end-to-end interior solution. 
Advises client on interior design factors, like space planning, layout as well as utilization of furnishings equipment, color schemes, color coordination, and material selection
Client Satisfaction, follow-ups, handling escalations.
Develop creative design concepts and space plans that fulfill client requirements through mood boards to sample your design vision.
Prepare 2D/3D working drawings and work with the 3D team to generate 3D renders.
Lead mentoring and coaching of other interior designers in the office
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, each with a different scope and products
The desired candidate should be able to work closely with Clients, the Design team, the Marketing team, Installation partners, and suppliers in order to deliver to THE KARIGHARS customers the best interior design experience of their lives. 

Requirements                            

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 4 - 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Should have strong understanding of Design principles and demonstrate ability to execute.
• Excellent knowledge of Sketch up and 2D/3D modelling.
