Job Description

Claims Management: Oversee the submission and processing of insurance claims and facilitate timely reimbursement. Monitor and follow up on delayed or denied claims to resolve issues promptly. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance laws, regulations, and policies. Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and adjust hospital processes accordingly. Policy Administration: Manage the hospital's insurance policies, including renewals and negotiations with insurance providers. Ensure that all policies are current and provide adequate coverage for hospital operations. Patient Interaction: Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and provide clear explanations of their coverage and benefits. Resolve patient billing issues and coordinate with the billing department to ensure accurate patient accounts. Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all insurance transactions and claims. Utilize healthcare management software to track and report on insurance activities.
