You are looking to hire experienced candidates for the position of Senior HVAC Retrofit Sales Manager in Ghaziabad. As a qualified candidate with a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and 3-6 years of experience, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities in HVAC retrofit projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits and technical assessments to propose retrofit solutions, collaborating with engineering and service teams to provide customized solutions to clients, driving sales closure through proposal preparation and negotiation, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets to contribute to business growth. Additionally, you will be required to maintain and expand relationships with consultants, facility managers, and decision-makers, and stay updated on market trends, energy-efficiency incentives, and competitors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and energy-saving methodologies. Effective communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills are essential, along with a proven track record of sales achievements and client retention. Experience in retrofitting commercial/industrial facilities, particularly in buildings, hospitals, and factories, will be advantageous. You should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
