Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Kochi. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role involves coordinating recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement activities. Additionally, the Senior Human Resources Manager will work on strategic HR initiatives to support organizational growth and development. Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and regulatory compliance Expertise in recruitment, training and development, and performance management Proven experience in strategic HR initiatives and employee engagement activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and lead a team effectively Familiarity with HR software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred) Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus,
