Job Title: Sr. HR Location: Shivajinagar Pune Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruitment In Project Based Company. Recruitment In Fire Safety Industry, MEP Industry Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Recruitment In Software Industry. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure alignment with company goals. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues. Identify training and development needs for employees. Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality. Workplace Culture: Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Lead initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or HR certification (MBA) preferred. Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
