Job Description
Job Overview: The Senior HR & Admin is responsible for overseeing the overall HR functions and administrative operations of the company. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, HR policy implementation, compliance, and administrative duties to ensure a positive and productive work environment. The role requires a strategic mindset, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR and administrative processes. Responsibility: Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys overall business strategy. Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases Managing employee benefits and compensation packages Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) Handle employee relations, address grievances, and manage disciplinary procedures. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations Conduct skills assessment and track employee growth through performance appraisals. Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive company culture. Oversee office management, including facilities maintenance, vendor management, and procurement. Manage administrative functions, such as office supplies, travel arrangements, and event planning. Ensure a safe and comfortable work environment by managing security and health protocols. Support budgeting and tracking of administrative costs. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, MBA, or a related field. 4 to 7 years of experience in HR or a related role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
