Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Officer to lead and manage our human resources functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in HR leadership. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, managing conflict, and fostering a positive work environment. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing feedback and development plans to employees. Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate records.
