Youll Need:

5+ years of recruitment wizardry especially in blue-collar hiring (bonus points if you've survived mass hiring in logistics or e-commerce). Confidence, communication, and the ability to smile through vendor tantrums.

Excel skills (no, not just SUM and FILTER the real stuff). Multitasking chops you'll be hiring for ops, admin, HR, sales, and people who think every role is urgent.

What Youll Actually Do:

Own the recruitment life cycle like its your favorite soap opera from sourcing to onboarding. Lead the charge on blue-collar hiring drives (read: superheroes without capes think delivery guys, warehouse staff, technicians).

Fill white-collar and mid-level roles faster than your boss can say Urgent Requirement. Use everything from portals to pigeons to get candidates job sites, field recruitment, agencies, referrals, your cousins friends uncle. whatever works.

Schedule interviews like a boss (and chase down those who forget they agreed to one). Play middleman between candidates, hiring managers, and reality. Work your Excel magic on recruitment reports and dashboards (yes, they will ask for them last-minute).

Ensure a red-carpet onboarding experience (or at least, no chaos)
