Job Title: HR Executive BPO Hiring
Experience Required: 6 to 9 Years
Location: Malakpet, Hyderabad (10 Km Radius)
Shift Timings: 2 Pm to 11 Pm (Cab drop for female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Executive with 6-9 years of experience in BPO recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for in-house roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, particularly for voice and non-voice BPO positions. This is an on-site role based at our Malakpet, Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO roles (voice/non-voice, domestic/international).
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage walk-ins, campus hiring, and job drives when needed.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with internal HR teams.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet future hiring needs.
  • Track hiring metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree any field.
  • 6-9 years of hands-on experience in BPO recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of BPO industry trends and talent market in Hyderabad.
  • Proven ability to handle volume hiring and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working in in-house recruitment teams.
  • Prior exposure to recruitment for voice and non-voice processes.
  • Familiarity with local hiring sources in Hyderabad.
