Job Description

You will be responsible for various Core HR functions within the organization. Your primary tasks will include recruitment and hiring, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR technology management. In terms of recruitment and hiring, you will be tasked with identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, you will be expected to address employee concerns, manage employee performance, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment. You will also be administering salary and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, identifying training needs, delivering training programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and staying up-to-date on changes in employment law. Employee engagement will be a key focus, where you will develop strategies to increase engagement, conduct surveys, analyze results, and promote a positive work environment. Organizational development tasks will involve analyzing the organizational structure and processes, developing strategies to improve effectiveness, and managing organizational change. HR technology management will include implementing and managing HR technology systems, utilizing data analytics for process improvement, and staying informed about the latest HR technology trends.
