You are an experienced Healthcare US Recruiter seeking a new opportunity in Chennai. Your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and place healthcare professionals in various roles within client facilities across the US. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting healthcare talent through multiple channels, conducting candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit, coordinating interviews, managing the placement process, building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring compliance with recruitment laws and regulations, and staying updated on industry trends to provide strategic advice.
