Job Description

You are a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5 years of experience. You possess a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. In this role, you will design high-quality brochures, magazines, posters, banners, packaging, business cards, and other marketing collateral. It is essential to ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards for resolution, color accuracy, and layout. Collaboration with the marketing and content teams is crucial to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent materials. Staying updated with the latest design trends, printing techniques, and industry advancements is necessary. You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and editing and refining designs based on feedback from stakeholders. Maintaining an organized archive of design files and assets is also part of your responsibilities. You should have at least 5 years of experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is required. A strong knowledge of print production processes, color management, and typography is essential. Understanding different printing techniques such as offset, digital, screen printing, etc., is beneficial. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines are qualities you possess. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective teamwork.
