As a Graphic Designer with 1 to 5 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team based in Chennai - Old Pallavaram. Your primary responsibility will be to create visually compelling content across various platforms, ensuring that it resonates with client objectives and brand guidelines. In this role, you will need to showcase your proficiency in both static graphics and motion design, with a strong emphasis on video editing. Your daily tasks will involve developing innovative static designs for social media, websites, digital ads, and other marketing collateral. You will need to conceptualize creative and engaging concepts based on client briefs, ensuring clarity and visual appeal. Additionally, you will be creating eye-catching motion graphics for social media, websites, and digital ads to enhance user engagement. Video editing will also be a key part of your responsibilities, involving the enhancement of videos for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and client presentations. Collaboration is key in our work environment, and you will closely work with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to understand project goals and deliver on creative requirements. It will be essential for you to ensure brand consistency in all designs while maintaining a high level of creativity and innovation. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines will require excellent organizational and time-management skills. To excel in this role, you should have 1-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital agency setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant Adobe software, is crucial. Experience with motion design and animation tools like Adobe After Effects and strong video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro are also necessary. Having a creative mindset, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will further enhance your performance. Any experience in 3D design or animation, understanding of UX/UI design principles, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for digital design will be advantageous.
