As a Graphic Designer at dau, a leading digital marketing agency based in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative graphics for various platforms such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials. Your responsibilities will include creating logos, icons, images, and designs for service-based products while ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. You will be responsible for designing engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads and banners. Your role will involve brainstorming with teams to develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives, translating client needs into effective design solutions, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, and staying updated on industry trends to improve design processes continuously. The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools is required.
