Job Title: Senior Functional / Implementation Consultant
Location: GM IT PARK Sec 142 NOIDA
Job Type: Full-time – WFO
Experience – 4 to 6 Years

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant with over
4 years of expertise in implementation and functional analysis. Must have lead product
implementation for various customers. The candidate must have a deep understanding
of business processes and be able to translate client requirements into effective
solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs,
configuring and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support. The person
should have experience in giving product walkthroughs to customers, should be able
assist in end-to-end implementation.
The Functional Consultant must have the skills to create presentations using the Canva
graphic design platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Implementations:

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document their business requirements.
• Conduct workshops / Demos and meetings to define project scope and objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and Product team.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Develop and deliver functional design specifications based on client requirements.
• Configure and customize systems to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including data migration, system integration, and user training.

Project Management:

• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and manage any issues or risks that arise.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Design and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets client requirements and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and resolve any issues or defects during testing phases.

Support and Training:

• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant for a
• Product or similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in [specific software, platforms, or technologies relevant to the role, e.g., ERP systems, CRM solutions, etc.].
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues and provide effective solutions.
• Presentation Skills: Must be skilled in creating good presentations. Knowledge of Canva is a must.
• Should be open for frequent travels across India.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a Master’s degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Quality Assurance
• Relevant certifications such as [e.g., PMP, ITIL, specific software certifications].
