As a member of our team, you will play a key role in our vision to create a global HCM platform, complemented by a suite of AI applications that will revolutionize talent management. We are seeking individuals who are driven by curiosity, possess expertise in relevant technologies, and have the stamina to lead the transformation in this space. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Product Manager to understand business requirements, actively participating in user story grooming and sprint planning, preparing design documents, coding and delivering user stories with thorough unit testing, exploring and implementing new technologies through Proof of Concepts, taking end-to-end ownership of a module, and mentoring junior team members. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating successful leadership in the end-to-end development of modules, working effectively in an agile development environment, possessing expertise in the cloud ecosystem and SaaS products, utilizing backend technologies such as C#, ASP. Net Core, and any RDBMS, showcasing proficiency in frontend development using the Angular framework, being familiar with code versioning tools, having experience in DevOps, understanding Domain Driven Design principles, and ideally, having familiarity with HCM products.
