You are a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Bengaluru, India, with a full-time position and a minimum experience level of 8+ years. Your role involves leading and mentoring a team of developers, designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, and implementing robust backend solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and integrating REST API services, managing real-time data processing with Kafka, monitoring application issues using Splunk, and utilizing GitLab for version control and CI/CD processes. Your key responsibilities include fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment, architecting front-end interfaces with Javascript, React.js, Node.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and Styled Components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features, and ensuring code quality and best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement. You should possess advanced skills in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Kafka, Splunk, GitLab, REST API services, and a variety of front-end technologies, along with strong team leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), have 8+ years of experience in full stack development, demonstrate a successful track record in leading development projects, and exhibit a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.,
