Technical Architect/ Sr. Developer - React Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday-to-Thursday: WFH & Friday: WFO) Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Candidates will be expected to fulfill the following responsibilities while working in a dynamic environment that expects individual initiative to succeed. Develop and implement architectural strategies for React-based web applications. Maintain or improve existing React application. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of front-end systems. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in React.js development. Implement new tools and technologies to improve development processes and product quality. Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and user-centric solutions. Have a passion for usability and accessibility Advocate for JavaScript best practices Create and maintain high-quality documentation Qualifications/Skill: A Software Engineer is expected to have more than 8+ years of solid, active commercial software development work, including significant personal ownership of projects or initiatives. Required: 7+ years of demonstrable relevant experience Proven experience as a React Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects Extensive experience with React.js and related technologies (Redux, React Router, etc.). Experience with front-end development tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.) Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. Knowledge of web standards and how to optimize for performance Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build automation. Experience with a client-focused environment. Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate with stakeholders and articulate advantages of proposed solutions. Ability to manage to deadlines multiple projects simultaneously Solid experience developing responsive/fluid designs Solid understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform issues The ideal applicant will have the following traits, including strong working knowledge Experience on an agile development team using continuous integration Experience coding within Git source-controlled environments. Experience with Eclipse is a plus.,
