Job Title: Frontend Designer Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a Frontend Designer with expertise in converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect React/Next.js implementations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, modern front-end technologies, and a keen eye for design aesthetics. You will be responsible for creating responsive, multi-browser-compatible, and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring design consistency and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Convert Figma designs into highly responsive React.js/Next.js components with pixel-perfect accuracy. Implement and style UI using MUI (Material-UI), Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS as required. Leverage React Hooks to manage state and enhance functionality. Develop reusable and scalable UI components for better maintainability. Independently enhance and revamp existing designs based on references and best practices. Ensure mobile and tablet-friendly designs, adapting layouts for various screen sizes. Maintain cross-browser compatibility for a seamless user experience. Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to refine UI/UX. Optimize UI performance, accessibility, and maintainability. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript (preferred). Expertise in CSS frameworks like MUI, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS. Hands-on experience with React Hooks and functional components. Experience in responsive web design and adapting layouts for mobile & tablet screens. Knowledge of browser compatibility issues and solutions. Ability to create self-driven design enhancements and revamps with reference materials. Familiarity with version control using Git/GitHub. Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility in web design. Nice to Have: Experience with Framer Motion for animations and interactions. Familiarity with GraphQL and API integration. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices for front-end development. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Relevant UI/UX design certifications are a plus.
