Job Description Summary Join our team as a Senior Facility Executive who will drive excellence across both technical and soft services operations! Responsibilities Technical Systems Leadership: Lead electrical, mechanical, and plumbing operations to ensure optimal facility performance and reliability Soft Services Oversight: Coordinate housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other soft services to maintain exceptional facility standards Preventive Maintenance Strategy: Develop comprehensive maintenance programs that maximize equipment lifespan and operational efficiency Resource Optimization: Plan and manage inventories for technical components and soft services supplies to ensure cost-effective operations Quality Management: Establish and monitor quality standards across all facility services to exceed client expectations Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between service providers, staff, and management on facility matters Vendor Management: Select, evaluate, and manage service providers across technical and soft services domains Team Leadership: Guide and develop facility team members to build operational excellence Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovations in facility management practices to enhance efficiency and sustainability Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards across all facility operations What Success Looks Like Integration of technical and soft services operations for seamless facility management Implementation of effective preventive maintenance and service delivery systems Optimization of operational costs while maintaining high service standards Achievement of established performance metrics and service level agreements Development of positive client relationships and responsive service solutions Contribution to sustainability and energy conservation initiatives Required Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in facility management with demonstrated expertise in both technical and soft services Proven leadership abilities and team management experience Strong technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure Experience in vendor selection and management Excellence in stakeholder communication and relationship building Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Proficiency in facility management software and reporting tools This position offers growth opportunities for versatile professionals who excel at balancing technical expertise with soft services management.
