Job Description

As a New Business Development professional in the areas of Paint additives, Agarbatti, and Spiritual products fragrances with a focus on South East Asia exports, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and establish new profit centers within these niche markets. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in New Business Development, with a proven track record in colors or fragrance sales within the Agarbatti industry and a strong network of export connections across South East Asia and the Middle East. Your success in this position will be determined by your ability to leverage your prior experience in Paint ingredients and your established industry contacts within South East Asia to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will be entrusted with independent responsibilities to spearhead the expansion of the business in these specific areas, making it imperative that you possess excellent written and presentation skills, along with a self-motivated attitude to drive results. During the selection process, your demonstrated network in the relevant sectors will play a crucial role in showcasing your suitability for this role. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in either Paint ingredients or South East Asia markets are preferred, with a mandatory requirement of prior exposure and industry contacts within these regions. Educational qualifications are not the primary focus for this position; instead, we value hands-on experience, confidence, and a robust network in the specified areas as the most critical qualifications. The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential, along with a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to engage with clients and partners in person.
