As a Designer at PivotRoots, a Havas Company, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Senior Designers and Directors in creating innovative design solutions that align with strategic briefs. Your role will involve bringing bold ideas to life across various projects, from packaging and branding to digital and user experience initiatives. You will tackle complex design challenges with clear, impactful visuals, contributing to the overall success of the projects. Your responsibilities will include creating visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to effectively deliver messages. You will design layouts for websites, magazines, brochures, reports, and other publications, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience for the audience. Maintaining a consistent brand identity across all design projects will be crucial, aligning designs with the company's branding guidelines. Collaboration with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders will be essential to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions. You will also be tasked with creating prototypes and mockups for new design concepts, ensuring they meet specifications before final production. Leveraging design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools, you will craft high-quality designs that resonate with the target audience. Keeping abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies will be part of your role, allowing you to enhance the company's visual communication strategy. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, you will ensure timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines across digital and print platforms. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. With 6-8 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, you must showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity. Proficiency in graphic design software, creative thinking, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills are crucial. Troubleshooting design issues and providing prompt solutions will be expected, with agency experience considered a plus.
