Job Description
You will be responsible for managing a Service Center network in order to provide excellent after-sales service to customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating effectively with service centers and customers - Updating CRM platform regularly - Providing prompt updates to customers - Addressing customer queries and complaints by offering appropriate solutions within the specified timeframe and ensuring follow-up for resolution - Handling demanding customers and escalations from management - Coordinating with all concerned departments to ensure smooth communication flow - Utilizing CRM practices effectively to provide accurate information using appropriate methods and tools - Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Building sustainable relationships through open communication with assigned service centers To be successful in this role, you should have: - Relevant experience in working in a service center or similar process in the consumer durable industry or after-sales service industry - Basic technical knowledge of spare parts and appliances - Aptitude for fast learning and adaptability - Willingness to apply knowledge to practical situations - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both in groups and independently - Keeping yourself updated with company product offerings and processes Experience: 5+ years Qualification: Graduate,
