Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Executive Global Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role. A proven track record in global recruitment and client handling is essential. This role requires excellent data management skills and the ability to work in a rotational shift environment. Key Responsibilities: Global Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various international markets. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure recruitment goals are met. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to track metrics and generate reports. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and alignment with global best practices. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with international labor laws and company policies, and provide regular reports to senior management. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote AVASO Technology's employer brand across various platforms and job fairs. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team handling role. Global recruitment experience is mandatory. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using ATS and HRIS systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics. In-depth knowledge of international labor laws and recruitment practices.
