The Senior Executive - Presales will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales strategies to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the presales process from initial client engagement to closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients throughout the presales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively. Delivering sales pitches to clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our projects. Utilize CRM software to track leads, maintain client databases, and monitor sales pipeline activities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales pitches, proposals, and marketing materials. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making. Desired candidate profile: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages. Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills. Real estate experience preferred.,
